Days & Hours of Operation - Open Monday through Friday

Clinic: Mon-Tue, Thu-Fri: 8am-5pm Wed: 8am-12pm

Minor Surgery: Wed: 1pm-4pm (Closed to Public)

Pharmacy Hours: Mon-Tue, Thu-Fri: 9am-12pm, 1pm-5pm; Wed: 9am-12pm, closed in the afternoon.

Member of Federally recognized tribe
MUST have CDIB card

(No Walk-Ins)
There are acute care slots available on a daily basis. These openings fill up quickly. If you need to see a doctor, please call no later than 8am on the day you would like to come in.

• Wellness Center – Open Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 9:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am – 8:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
