Clinic: Mon-Tue, Thu-Fri: 8am-5pm Wed: 8am-12pm

Minor Surgery: Wed: 1pm-4pm (Closed to Public)
 

Pharmacy: Mon-Tue, Thu-Fri: 9am-12pm, 1pm-5pm  Wed: 9am-12pm

Member of Federally recognized tribe
MUST have CDIB card
Medicare/Medicaid Patients Welcome
3rd Party Billing to Private Insurance

(No Walk-Ins)
There are only four acute care slots available on a daily basis. These openings fill up quickly. If you need to see a doctor, please call no later than 8am on the day you would like to come in.
 

Specialty Clinic

Dr. Burk (Podiatrist) Every other Tuesday (Diabetic patients only), 8am-5pm

Dr. Kelle (Optometrist) Last Thursday of the month, 9am-4pm

Kelly Bryant (Registered Dietician) Fridays, 9am-10am

Diabetic Clinic: Fridays, 8:30am-12pm

Osage WIC: 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month, 9am-1pm
