The Kanza Kinship System

KANZA KINSHIP FOR FEMALES

The female-oriented model is pretty much the same in theory as the one above. The main differences are the words for sons, daughters, nephews, and nieces and their placement in the chart. Namely, several of the son/daughter terms are swapped for nephew/niece terms. Be aware that, as above, the elder term has been used in all cases, but that the younger term may be more appropriate in some instances.
