• Emergency Transportation/Medical Program-Provides a one-time assistance to help stranded Kaw tribal members or to help members purchase medicines not available through the Kanza or IHS Clinics. • Emergency Utility Assistance-Provides up to $300.00 per year per household for utility assistance for Kaw families. Applicant must meet income guidelines to be eligible. • General Assistance-For Kaw tribal members and Native Americans living within the service area of the Kaw Nation who need assistance due to loss of job, divorce, pending SSI/unemployment benefits.
